Just a heads up that Tim will be manning the A desk this weekend at the usual times of 3 p.m. to midnight on Saturday and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

It's the Loooong Weekend
Darryl will be your Asia Desker from Saturday at 1500 JST to midnight; again from 1500 to 2200 on Sunday; and -- lucky, lucky -- again on Monday from 1500-2200.
As always, he is available on 81-45-912-4253 until shortly before arriving in the office, or soon after leaving, and Kammon will always be happy to help on 81-3-6252-8306.
If he knew how to make his cellphone work in his apartment, that would work too -- but he doesn't. The walls appear to be too confining for simple cell signals to get through and stay there -- and it's too damn cold to stand on the terrace all day and night receiving interminable spam offers.
